Registration & Account Management

Anyone wishing to use Bossku88's services is required to register an account with accurate and complete information. Registration is free and open to all eligible Malaysians.

• You must be 18 years of age or older at the time of account registration.
• You must be a resident of Malaysia or hold a valid Malaysian identification document.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement.

Deposit & Payment Methods

Withdrawal Rules

Bossku88 is committed to processing withdrawals promptly and efficiently. The following terms govern the withdrawal process from your account.

• The minimum withdrawal is RM30 per transaction. The maximum is RM50,000 per day for standard accounts and up to RM200,000 for VIP Diamond members.
• Withdrawals may only be made to a bank account registered under the same name as your Bossku88 account.
• Withdrawal requests are processed within 15 minutes to 2 hours, depending on the selected method and time of submission.
• Bossku88 reserves the right to request identity verification (KYC) documents before approving withdrawals exceeding RM5,000.

Bonus & Promotions

• Each new member is entitled to claim the Welcome Bonus once only upon first registration.
• Bonuses cannot be directly converted to cash — they must first be used for wagering activity.

• VIP tier eligibility is calculated based on cumulative wagering totals within the designated period.
• Bossku88 reserves the right to downgrade a member's VIP tier if the minimum wagering criteria are not met within the review period.

Game Rules

All games offered by Bossku88 — including Sports Betting, Live Casino, slots, jackpot, e-sports, and virtual sports — are subject to their respective specific rules.

• The outcome of all casino games is final once a round is completed. No disputes will be entertained thereafter unless there is clear evidence of a technical error on Bossku88's part.
• For Sports Betting, the odds displayed at the time your bet is accepted are the applicable odds — not the odds at the time the match is in progress.
• In the event of a technical disruption during a Live Casino game that affects the outcome of a round, Bossku88 reserves the right to void that round and refund all wagers.
• Bossku88 uses an iTech Labs-certified RNG system for all games reliant on random number generation — ensuring fairness that cannot be manipulated.
• Bets placed after market closure are void and will be cancelled with a full stake refund.

Prohibited Activities

• The use of automated software, bots, or any third-party tools to automate betting activity.
• Any form of fraud, system manipulation, or attempts to exploit bugs within the Bossku88 platform.
• Transferring funds between different member accounts (chip dumping) or any form of abuse at Live Casino tables.
• Money laundering or using Bossku88 as a channel for any illegal financial activity.
• Registering an account on behalf of another person, or allowing another person to use your account.
• Any attempt to abuse the bonus or promotions system through illegitimate means.
• Threatening, insulting, or using abusive language toward Bossku88 support staff.
